The inner screen
The film your attention plays when nobody is asking it to: the argument already had, the meeting rehearsed nine times, tomorrow lived tonight.
Most of a day is not spent in the world. It is spent on the inner screen, where the mind replays what happened and pre-plays what might, and where attention is absorbed so completely that the present goes unwatched.
Transurfing does not ask you to switch the screen off. It asks you to notice that you are watching it. That single noticing is the beginning of every technique on this platform: you cannot compose a frame while you are inside one.
The Presence Trainer exists for exactly this moment: catching the instant you disappeared into the inner screen, and stepping back out.
