Inner and outer intention
Your effort moves you. Outer intention lets the world move with you.
Inner intention is the familiar kind: the will to act, to push, to make. It moves you through the world, and it is limited by how hard you can push.
Outer intention is the Transurfing kind: the settled, unforced determination that a thing is already so, which lets the world rearrange itself around you. It does not push. It selects.
Intention & Declarations is where you practise the second kind: declare the frame in your own words, in the form that works, and track it until it shows up.
