Inner cinema, outer noise. The practice begins when you watch both.
Tufti's central image: attention is either lost in the inner screen or captured by the outer one, and almost never in the seat between them. That seat is where you are awake.
The whole of the later practice, composing the next frame, directing the scene, is only possible from that seat. Everything on this platform starts by getting you into it.
